Arrow's 71215CKZ Competition Full Exhaust, Titanium is made specifically for Aprilia RS660 (2020-current).

Full Titanium Complete Competition Kit High Version With Indy Silencer And Carbon End Cap

Competition exhausts are designed and developed specially for bikes and engines tuned for races, on the basis of the experience made in track races all over the World: these exhausts are a direct evolution of the ones used in SBK and SS bikes. Competition exhausts are made with the deepest attention to details, they ensure to exploit with the best possible efficiency engines tuned for races: bigger sections, section changes finely designed and shaped, special silencers, top-quality materials.

These exhausts are welded manually (TIG process) and are available in a “full titanium” version or with collectors and manifolds in stainless steel and silencer and link pipe in titanium. In all cases a built-in sensor plug is available, to be able to check ECU settings and make necessary modifications if needed. The sections of the various silencers available give the best performance and the best compromise between performance, dimensions and noise (noise must meet race rules limits).

Style is completed with the carbon endcap and the silencer, depending on application, can be fitted with a removable baffle. Competition exhausts are the top-level exhausts in the market, for style, technology and performance

Indy-Race silencers were designed to be used on certain applications, mainly those requiring an under-seat silencer (making it difficult to use other Arrow’s available sections), but once available Indy-Race silencers were used also in some “standard” systems.

Design has been inspired by the shape of certain US racetracks (this is the reason for the name of the range) and the section makes it possible to reduce dimensions whilst keeping a good internal volume to damp the noise with a very good power output. Internal parts are in stainless steel, TIG/MIG welded, the silencer body is available in titanium, carbon fiber and aluminum and a carbon endcap is also available as a choice.

Indy-Race silencers are available in a street legal version, with removable baffle.

Note: Arrow has been re-designing the Logo/Emblem which they add to the exhausts. Logo may differ slightly from photos, but the exhaust will be the same Arrow quality with their updated Arrow logo.
