We completely get it, we change our minds too! We are able to cancel orders that have not shipped yet, and are not custom made or manufactured after receiving your order.

For items that are not custom-made or manufactured, you may exchange the product for a preferred style or return for a refund.

We will be sure to get back to you within a few hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

We currently ship worldwide. To inquire about a specific country and postage rates, please contact us.

For most orders within the United States, standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). For products that are manufactured or custom-made upon receiving your order, we do have the estimated time frames within each product page. However, you can always contact us if you have questions on how long it will take.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
